Pada Nero versi 10, waktu instalasi memerlukan waktu hampir setengah jam untuk menginstall seluruh aplikasinya,selai itu, proses startup programnya pun jauh lebih cepat, dari segi tampilan dan navigasi tidak jauh berbeda dengan versi 9.
